Off the the Etsy Crafty Party!

Hi,

Friday :)!!

This week has been filled with lots of felting orders,
which makes me really happy!

Lots of hard work but really the really satisfying sort :)

Today I still had lots of work but it is was also rewards day!

Baked few little chocolate macarons this week too :)

...Now it is time to go and enjoy the Etsy Caraft Party and the Twillight Market twinkles!

In the last few months, I have been very busy with my Etsy shop.

It is all a lot of work sometimes and thanks goodness for Brisstyle to offer people like me (a little business clueless)so much information and support!

This weekend, I was able to attend one of the creative development cession organised by Brisstyle.

It was about Online selling...

Lots of fantastic contributors like Jess from Epheriell, Sam from Jetta's Nest, Kirsten from Each to own, Louise from I Sew Academy, and some people from Austpost.

Yesterday, I finally managed to post my crochet and felted "woolies" for the 100 beanie Drive.

Have you heard of the 100 Beanie drive?

It is organised by the lovely Jess from Epheriell Designs to try and collect some warm goodies for some people going through Cancer treatment...

New things!

Hello :)

Thank you so much for your kind words of support for the market last weekend.

It was an amazing busy day!I can't remember seeing such a large crowd in St Augustine Hall :)

It was a long time since my last market and I sure was a little rusty but totally enjoyed catching up with lots of lovely people that I have not seen for a while.

It is still a little warm and humid over here(strangely).
So time for me to make some more weather appropriate accessories to go with that weather :)

This week lots of NEW things so far.

We went to Sea World (finally) and discovered some very interesting little aquatic friends:)

Amazing "friendliness" from those little Stingrays!!

They would try and jump out of the water to reach our hands :)

I could not help sharing a little pic of these cuties (trying being behind glass)!

Much bigger than what I expected too :)

I must admit not being a big fan of theme parks but I really thought Sea World was lovely!

There is probably too much to do in one day, so we will have to go back and check how they are all going sometimes again :)

A new book Wild Sugar desserts from the library, that I recommend to all baker lover :)

Today we are expecting some special guests...

So I had the best excuse for making a banana cake :)

I had to bake with GF flour and unfortunately, did not have enough of whitings SR so I added a little of buckwheat flour ...I hope it works out good!

Now Some new sewing projects, hunting for new fabric, presents to make and new ideas for that little shop maybe...

Hmmmmm :)

Market Day tomorrow...

Everything has been ticked off, amazing how much prep it does involve! 

(Yes, It has been a little while since my last one).

You will be able to find me 

at 

the Brisstyle Indie Designer Market

in Hamilton, St Augustine Church

from 9am to 2 pm 

It is also "Le 14 Juillet"(Bastille Day)

So I prepared some little gift with purchase (over $30)...

So if you come down, I will be inside the hall.

Slowly ...

Bonjour :)

It has been a long time...

from the last time I wrote on this little space of mine...

It looks like it is time to shake myself :)

Time seems to slip through my hands and parenting time became priority...making time for them...real time away from too much distraction that is.

Today I find myself busy with market prep , yes another long time thing ;)

So I will start by sharing what is making me smile.

Those colours are just what I needed!

Making bread...this one is a Gluten free trial from a new mix that I had to try.
Nice result :)
